这个函数将指定的源码编译成字节码，并将它们写入打开的文件句柄中。
参数
filehandle
fopen() 返回的一个文件句柄。
filename
源码文件路径，字符串的形式。
返回值
成功时返回 TRUE， 或者在失败时返回 FALSE。
